Differences and Similarities of Doodle Fiction, Manga and Graphic Novel

  DOODLE FICTION         Doodle Fiction incorporates handwritten graphics in telling the story, it is a literary presentation where the author incorporates doodle drawings and hand written graphics in place of traditional font. Drawings enhance the story, often adding humorous elements that would be missing if the illustrations were omitted. Examples:      ✓Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney   ✓Danny's Doodles by David Adler   ✓The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie GRAPHIC NOVEL         Graphic Novel uses a comic book format presented in panels and read from left to right. A graphic novel is a narrative work in which the story is conveyed to the reader using comic form. The term is employed in a broad manner, encompassing non-fiction works and thematically linked short stories as well as fictional stories across a number of genres. All of these styles, to be even more obvious, contains pictures that engages viewers effectively. These are all from the 21st Century. DIFFERENCES IN TERMS OF STRUCTURE:              The structures of manga is that the reader is reading from right to left while graphic novel is being read from left to right.
